Accounts Manager

 

Job Summary

Note: Immediate joining preferred upon a formal face to face interview. Prefer candidates located close by to our office for easy commute to work (HSR Layout, Bangalore).

We are a fast growing solar company and are looking for a professional with good experience and exposure to handle the finance and accounting operations independently. Strong experience in Tally usage, Tax filing and GST fillings desired.

  • Office Timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday – Friday); 9:30am to 2:00pm on Saturdays
  • Office Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

  

Responsibilities and Duties

o Maintaining company accounts & ledgers.

o Sales quotation, invoice generation. Follow up with customers for POs & payments.

o Handling purchases, making payments to vendors. Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch of material.

o Good experience in Handling GST filing, ESI/PF, TDS filings & other statutory requirements.

o Re-conciliation with the Chartered accountants for IT & other statutory filings.

o Record keeping and filing of company records.

o Expense management, Petty cash handling.

o Preparing salary statements and making Salary payments.

o Visits to CA office, CS office, tax departments and banks on above matters as and when needed.

o Maintenance of daily reports on sales, purchases, customer payment receipts, imports & export.

o Bank statement reconciliation.

o Stock management through accounting software like Tally/Zoho – ageing analysis of stock.

o Updating management on financial matters of the company. Accessing financial health of the company and taking suitable course correction measures in discussion with management.

o Co-ordination between Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary for timely filing of all statutory requirement.

o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.

 

 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Degree in accounts/finance desired.
  • Min 3 years in Accounts/ Finance using Tally ERP 9 and/or Zoho accounting software.
  • Desired level of experience in Payroll, Tax fillings, GST filing, TDS filing and other Statutory compliance mandatory.

After Sales Services:
Identifying the reasons for system failure
Timely fixing of problem
Checking all system parameters with checklist
Singing of customer service feedback form
